President and Chief Executive Officer
Rusty Wiley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects.
Rusty joined the company in 2014, when it was still known as Merrill Corporation, and subsequently led the successful transformation of the business from a collection of financial communications and print-related businesses into a leading, global M&A SaaS technology company.
In 2020, Wiley led Datasite through its acquisition by CapVest, a London-based private equity firm. Subsequently, he successfully launched new applications on the Datasite platform to support the end-to-end M&A deal life cycle, adding significant value for customers.
He also led the successful acquisition of several SaaS companies in support of the firm’s growth strategy, including Firmex and MergerLinks.
Before joining Datasite, Rusty held a variety of executive roles across sales, consulting, and general management at IBM Corporation, where his last role was General Manager, Banking & Financial Markets.
Rusty holds an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, and a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from East Carolina University.

Todd Albright

Todd Albright is Worldwide Chief Revenue Officer for Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects.
In this role, which he has held since 2015, he manages all aspects of Datasite’s go-to-market strategy, spanning a global organization of more than 350 sales, enablement, and operational professionals supporting clients in over 180 countries.
Prior to joining Datasite, Todd held several sales leadership roles at a variety of high-growth firms, including FIS Global, Intralinks (now part of SS&C), and EY.
Todd holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University and an AAS in International Economics from Friedrich-Alexander Universitaet, Erlangen-Nürnberg. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School.
Todd is an active golfer and athlete, having completed two Ironman Triathlons, in addition to multiple Ironman 70.3 competitions and marathons.

In this role, Doug is responsible for the company’s global product organization and strategic planning, including product research and development, product marketing and implementation, in support of the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Doug has been with Datasite since 2015 in a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Strategy from 2018 to 2022 and Head of Americas Sales from 2015 to 2018.
Before joining Datasite, Doug held several sales and marketing leadership roles at a variety of high-growth technology companies, including Ceros, Stylesight, and IntraLinks (now part of SS&C).
Doug holds a BA in Biology and Society from Cornell University.

Patty Elias is General Counsel and Secretary at Datasite, a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing Datasite's global legal affairs, including business, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate matters.
Patty joined Datasite in 2020 with over thirty years of experience in the technology and software sector. Prior to joining Datasite, she held top legal roles at several other software companies, including International Decision Systems, Infor, SoftBrands, McKesson, Abaton, and Lawson Software and Health Systems Integration.
Patty holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the William Mitchell College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Political Science, and Criminology from the University of Minnesota.

Tobias Häckermann is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sherpany, a Datasite company. Sherpany is a Zurich-based board portal and meeting management software provider.
In his role at Sherpany, which he co-founded in 2011, Tobias oversees all aspects of company, which allows business professionals to increase productivity by streamlining both board and general meeting preparation, execution and archiving.
Before founding Sherpany, Tobias successfully founded and sold a company in the security industry and provided strategic consulting, including development of a business plan and sales strategy, to several startups.
Tobias is a member of several boards, including Gravis Robotics and AnyRobotics, and since 2018 is a Young Leader of the American Swiss Federation.
Tobias holds a LLM in Business Law from the University of Zurich and a LLB in Business Law from the Università di Siena.

In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development and compensation, benefits, and company culture, including environmental, social and governance activities. She works closely with leadership around the globe to build a culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
Prior to joining Datasite in 2019, Deb held several senior employee engagement and product roles at Ceridian, Lawson Software, and Allina Hospitals & Clinics in Minneapolis.
Deb is active in her community, serving as Board Chairman for Twin Cities in Motion, and as a Board Director for the Twin Cities Red Cross. She has also served as Board Chairman for Bolder Options, a Twin Cities youth mentoring program.
Deb holds an MA in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota, and a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.

Anjali joined Datasite in 2017 and has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate development, financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, company audits, and compliance and operational controls. Prior to Datasite, she held a number of finance leadership positions at FIS Global and Tata Consultancy Services.
Anjali is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MS in Accounting and Finance from the MS University of India. She has also completed the Strategic Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford.

She also leads financial planning, reporting, analysis, and collections for the overall organization. Before joining Datasite, she held senior finance and treasury management roles at Wilsons Leather and US Bank.
Jennifer holds a BA in Economics and French from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.

With over 30 years of experience in strategic business & digital transformation, leading complex, large-scale initiatives, and leveraging data and analytics to drive successful business outcomes. Tammy is responsible for leading and executing all of Datasite’s strategic investments in information technology, security, integrations, and operations to ensure scalable and effective outcomes.
Prior to joining Datasite in 2020, Tammy held several senior executive positions at GE Capital and TCF Financial Corporation and was responsible for leading operations, technology, finance, risk management, quality, enterprise project management office and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations.
Tammy holds a BS in Accounting from Bemidji State University.

Dan serves as trustee at Suffield Academy in Connecticut and supports several Cape Cod organizations, including Cape Kid Meals and Cape Cod Healthcare.
